KB HONG: the perfect balance between Oriental aesthetics and Italian elegance

Since 2019 Between has been actively involved in assisting KB HONG, the luxury line by the group K-BOXING in bringing the brand in the official calendar of the Milano Fashion week. We have done together 3 beautiful events since January 2020. In 2021 and 2022 due to Covid restrictions the fashion shows were only digital ones , but still a presence in the official calendar of the Milan fashion week.

KB HONG is based on a vision of integration of themes and stylistic details of Oriental aesthetics through the encounter with Italian elegance.

Il Corriere della Sera interviewed the CEO and creative director Boming Hong, delving into one of the group's main areas of interest: sustainability.

“How important do you consider the theme of sustainable development in the fashion industry? How do you plan to tackle this challenge?

Our Group has always been committed to eco-sustainability. In Chinese culture, humans are seen as one with nature. In 2019, K-BOXING became the first fashion company in China to sign the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The entire production chain is involved in this effort, as well as the sales channels. In addition to the goal of carbon neutrality, KB HONG aims to engage consumers in projects that promote eco-friendly consumption, such as recycling.

We are at the beginning of a journey that we consider unavoidable, and we are determined to confront the challenge of climate change.”

International co-participation is of great interest to the brand, and through our platform Between Conscious we proudly make our part in introducing to the International markets the brand.
